How Does Our Scrap Car Collection Service Work?
Step 1: Get a free online quote
Start by getting a free instant quote for the car you are looking to scrap, this can be done by filling out some basic details on our homepage or our scrap car quote page.
Step 2: Fill out the collection form
Once you’ve received your quote you will also be presented with a second form. If you are happy with the quote provided, fill out this form and wait for a member of our team to get in touch.
Step 3: Arrange a collection
Upon completing the forms, a member of our team will reach out to confirm the details and schedule a date and time for collection that suits you.
Step 4: Collection day
On the day of collection our team will arrive at the agreed upon time, before they arrive please ensure you have:
- Some form of photographic identification.
- All sets of keys
- The log book / V5C logbook.

Step 5: Payment
Since the 2013 Scrap Metal Dealer Act came into place it is against the law to offer cash for scrap vehicles, therefore we offer instant payments upon collection via direct bank transfers or cheques.
Once we collect your scrap car, we ensure that it’s disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. We prioritise recycling and proper disposal methods, minimising the impact on the environment while maximising the reuse of materials. Once we have destroyed your vehicle you will also receive a certificate of destruction.
All our drivers are DBS checked and as a company, we are fully insured and are also DVLA and police approved so you can rest assured that you will be receiving a professional service.
